I am a solo first-generation immigrant who arrived at the age of 17 without knowing English and having friends or family in the U.S. I overcame many challenges to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Economics while simultaneously pursuing my passion for dance.
After graduation, I moved to the Bay Area, where I was introduced to Popping and Turf dancing—styles that originated in the Bay Area and gained worldwide popularity. Living in the Bay has also sparked my interest in technology. Recently, I have been motivated to delve deeper into the world of technology.
This unique combination of experiences has led to my goal of blending technology and dance. I aspire to create to use techonology that imparts authentic knowledge and helps preserve the legacy of Bay Area dances, culture, and history while also bringing people together.
